How this works
You sing a low note and a high note. The app works out your comfortable range, then picks the key that fits it. It tells you which fret to clamp the capo on and which easy shapes to finger β so the song comes out in your key using chords you can actually hold.
Most of the time that means no barre chords at all. When a song does land on a hard one, the app says so up front and offers an easier swap β it won't quietly hand you something you can't play.
Everything stays on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
Find your range
Sing a note you could hold comfortably for a whole song β not the lowest growl or the highest squeak you can force out. Comfortable is the word that matters.
It listens on its own β just sing "ahh" and hold it. It grabs the note as soon as it hears you hold steady, then moves on to the high one.
Tuner
Start the microphone above, then pluck one string at a time.
Standard tuning, thickest to thinnest: E A D G B E

Songs you want
Add a song here and Sky will load it properly in a later session β with checked chords, not guessed ones.
What chord is this?
Put your fingers on the fretboard below the way you have them on the guitar. Tap a dot to place a finger, tap it again to take it off. Tap the β at the top of a string if you don't play that one.
All six strings start open, same as a guitar you haven't touched yet.
Chords to learn, in order
Learn them top to bottom. The first two need two fingers each.
